ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
JC Electrics recognizes its responsibility for the environment and is committed to working towards minimizing the environmental impacts of its business activities.
We will comply with all existing Environmental Legislation and will endeavor to stay ahead of proposed legislation by implementing the best practices of industry wherever this is practical.
We will work towards the prevention of pollution and improvement in our environmental performance by the conservation of Energy and Natural Resources (water), the reduction, and where possible, the elimination of Emissions, Nuisance and Waste.
Our strategy is, wherever practicable to first prevent, and then re-use or re-cycle, and only as a last resort to dispose of waste, which will be safely managed. Whenever possible JC Electrics will endeavor to employ local labour and procure local supplies and thus increasing investment in the local economy.
In all these areas Management will take the lead in providing
the commitment and focus to empower all employees to make maximum contribution
to improving sustainability and environmental performance and to achieving
the business's objectives and targets
