This system uses standard twin
and earth wiring to carry a modulated signal. To ensure signal
integrity, the controller will continue to send signals to other
heaters until confirmation is received back. To protect against
signal leakage from the property, each controller/receiver interface
has a four digit identity code programmed by the installer.
The MBS system comprises of a master
control (part no RX9912) and receiver modules (part no RX9913)
fitted to each of the slave heaters. For multi-zone applications
there must be one master heater/programmer for each zone. The
Mains Borne System is ideal for use in existing buildings.
