No, we do not advise the painting of our heaters.
Panel heaters are virtually maintenance free. Wiping them over with a damp cloth and the removal of any dust thatﾒs built up are the only things needed to keep your heaters in good working order for many years.
Panel heaters provide instant, controllable heat and are suitable for almost any room; however, they are particularly suited to occasional use areas such as bedrooms.
No, panel heaters do not have to be expensive to run. The amount of energy used will depend on how large and cold the room is. Just like any product used during the daytime panel heaters will use normal rate electricity, however, our ranges of panel heaters have highly accurate thermostats to help reduce running costs by avoiding over-heating a space. To reduce costs even further, we also have a number of ranges with advanced timers for even greater temperature control and economy, enabling you to match the heating to your occupancy for maximum comfort at minimum cost.
No, you should never cover the surfaces of the heater or obstruct the air outlet grilles as this will cause temperatures of the product to rise and the safety cut-outs to operate.
